What is Discount Den?
Discount Den is a wholesale marketplace that allows the public to purchase liquidated merchandise at a fraction of the retail price. We are a Veteran owned small business. Our items are bought directly from manufacturers when they have an overstock of inventory or need to liquidate their refurbished items. That's where Discount Den steps in and plays middle man. We pass on huge savings to the public. Save anywhere from 40 to 80% off of some of your favorite products.
Are the items you sell brand new? What is the condition?
Great question! The items we sell are brand new in the box, unless noted otherwise. Most of our items are brand new, but some items are manufacture refurbished. We have a small percentage of pre-owned lightly used items. We will let you know if anything is used.
Do you offer pickup or deliver in LA or Ventura County, CA?
Yes. We offer pickup and deliver in those areas. Anything outside of the area must be shipped if you cannot pickup. There is a small fee for delivery and you must have a purchase of $100 or more.
Do you have a store that I can come shop in or see the items?
No we do not. In order to keep our prices low we have to keep our overhead low as well - that means all business is done online. Our inventory list is on this website, on instagram and on our Facebook and is updated instantly everyday. You will always know what is available to buy and what is not. You can still schedule a time to pickup any item that you buy.
Where can I pickup my purchase from?
Our pickup address is: 601 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village, CA 91361. Please schedule a time and date for pickup. All pickups are by appointment only.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards online. We will only accept cash for items that are picked up. If you to have your items delivered locally your invoice must be paid upfront. Please text 805-220-3458 for a delivery quote to your address.
